News - Keep up with the Latest things happening at West River Road Baptist.

Church News and Events
- Pastor Lunde will be bringing some individual messages with the theme of Christmas, through December for the evening service, and then is planning to start a series in 2 Peter.
- Our spring Missions Conference will be held March 2012
- Prayer Requests:
  - Continue to pray for several who have physical needs at this time.
    - Others are struggling with chronic illness and physical difficulty, and all need our prayers.
  - Other prayer needs include:
    - Our outreach ministry.
    - Financial needs of our Missionaries whom we support.
    - Some of our members and friends are unemployed or under employed.

Continued prayer is needed for those who need to find the Lord, and for those who are considering joining the church.

- Missionary News
  - We are thankful for the progress in the ministries of a number of our missionaries.
  - We have just heard of the salvation of a man in Sweden through the ministry of our missionaries, the Delich family.
  - John and Kristen Ball are about to leave for language school.
  - Doug & Ruth Bachorik, serving in the Philippines will be with us for the morning service on January 15th, 2012.

Evangelism in Focus
- Our Saturday outreach will meet each Saturday at 10.00 am.
- Mr. Mike Nagy has taken charge of some of the organization of the outreach.
- Let us all pray that God will give each of us the privilege of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with one or two people this week.
- "The Good News of the Gospel is only good news for the sinner, if it reaches him / her on time."
