2013 in ReviewIn late 2012 we had a Christmas play with both adults and children of the church participating. January brought a youth retreat for our teens. In March, we held our annual Missions conference with four missionary families visiting us. They presented different messages throughout the week and we ended the conference with a church potluck after the Sunday morning service. The summer brought a chance to get together with our church friends for Sunday evening sing-a-longs and s'mores making. We had a baseball team this year and also found some time for volleyball. In August, our soccer camp was a great opportunity to minister to the young people in our community.
We also had the blessing of two of our young people coming forward for baptism in the fall. |
